Circles and Roles - a way to split responsabilities with a flat hierarchy:

Circles people who are interested in certain things (topic of the circle) are part of it
many circles, also subcircles

Role, someone, who is responsible for the circle, the contact person, has to be occupied,
if someone goes he has the responsibility thet a new person takes on the role
says at the beginning for how long approx. he wll take on the role → commuicates it
one can have several roles
doesn't have to do things on principle, makes sure things get done

short term roles possible, can also be terminated
