Talking object

Easily identifiable object must be held before participant can speak. A useful valve in situations where a lot of people want to say a lot quickly. Can be used from the beginning of a meeting, or facilitator can propose use if they feel it is useful. Can always pass to one side or pass randomly as people want to speak.
