    saturday 2nd (Matthias leaves 29th of June)

Sprint goal:   

Publish functional MVP proposal


Further outcomes:  

  • Trello will be used for non code related tasks (e.g. user stories) and communication with other teams; dev team uses waffle and git hub issues.
  • Daily Scrum at 12:00

 

Impediments:

Matthias needs time for another project (approx. 8 hours)
Matthias leaves on Tuesday or Wednesday 
Tilmann will only be available half of the time

How to organize team communication for sprint(s) ?
Proposal:
1. Lets work on another communication channel for new MVP proposal from now on 111   3
2. Passive solution: Trello only and private communication 012   3
3. Trello for non code related tasks (e.g. user stories) and communication with other teams; dev team uses waffle and git hub issues 000  0
Dev related: Matthias and Tilmann decide on weather to use several github issues or general project
