Not so much communication
Scrum team members not so connected. Perhaps restart daily scrum.
Confused work relationship with the property oweners. Talk to Yan about fixed working hours or complete self-organization.
Unclear workflow generally.
Dispersed thinking circles leading to confusion and uncertainty. Increased human dialogue.
Missing mutual understanding. Change in understanding to let people know it's OK not to be involved in everything.
