The Foodsaving International Tours : get a common vision, get down to planning
Sharing our visions for the tour
Using pieces of paper, we read out loud and position these ideas trying to follow certain categories. A possible combination of 4 categories:

Questions about how to proceed with the meeting: some feel like they have a good overview of the vision and we can proceed to details of the planning, some want to continue with the dragon dreaming method, some want to go more into the details of what was written on the board...
Proposal for a syscon by Paul: follow with a WorldCafé style meeting, making 2 groups: the dreamers and the planners. The proposal develops into: two daily WorldCafé style meetings at different timeframes, one for planning the tour, one for exploring the vision of the tour, with clear communication between the two. Syscon procedure is somehow broken.
Only valid decision: creating a mindmap off of the ideas on the board (Selina & Anna are interested).
Feedback round
LS: bad feelings, about the group splitting up
TR: splitting up can make sense so let's not get frustrated. The organization of the organization was poor
PF: intention of the meeting wasn't clear enough
CM: we will figure it out and make it happen
LS: important for me to know that other people don't feel bad about the meeting
JA: no clear agenda
