We can get a lot of GS 50 Panels - a-Si 50Wp thin film modules which are widely known as crap 
Expect approximately 30Wp per module.
Because of TCO corrosion, we need an earth-coupled inverter (negative module side to ground) to keep the modules safe.
A total of 6-10 kWp inverters should do fine.
A good solution would be to just use the power additionally to lower our energy usage - see contacts to EWS that Bad Dürrenberg is trying currently if there is additional cooperation possibilities.
