Disco BÔcÔ Toolkit

A sister project of Disco Soupe, disco BÔcÔ is about cooking jams or making pickles together in a festive and joyous atmosphere. The goal is to save food by making it durable and also to bring people together in the course of it.

The EU FUSIONS project saw its relevance, when it comes to fighting food waste, did research and came up with a nice toolkit, which you can find here.
