-good mutual understanding, more responsability, take certain decisions, wellbeing

Matthias: wants to see himself also in a different us. Wants secure space anyway inside of yunity in a huge group

Trial period, live like us at the same time at some point talk about if it works out or not. Possibility to say that I don't feel good, unwell. For me its not enough to trust in the self-finding of the community, but a safe concept. I am bad at telling people, that I have problems with them.
Bodhi: Unterscheidung Konflikt zwischen zwei Einzelpersonen, Konflikt zwischen Person und Gruppe, immer wieder in Gemeinschaften auch bei Yunity. Leute, die das Projekt insgesamt so doll ins Wanken bringen. Wünsche mir Gruppenentscheidung, die sagt, wir können diese Person so nicht integrieren. Klingt total scheiße, fühle mich scheiße dabei aber ich kann nicht in einem so offennen Projekt leben, wo alle sofort residents sind.
Probezeit für Neuere gut, was, wenn innerhalb der Gruppe problem. Gremium das über zusammensetzung der residents entscheidet, manche Leute merken selber.
Von vorherein kommunizieren, dass es Entscheidung einer Gruppe ist.

-Wish for a group decision that is able to say not to integrate a person (Laurina→ maybe only certain behavior, list it and be clear about it)
- stay often and regularly at the place (min 6-9 months a year?)
-you automatically become a resident/get asked if you want to e.g. after staying for 3 months in a period of 6 months (or not?)
- are members of the association (well reasoned exceptions)
-are part of the shared economy

Association: (the idea is to have two)
the first one owns the house and handles fix costs (water, electricity, gas,...)
the second association that handles all except the house itself (gemeinnützig, charitable assiciation)
residents are members → make sure there are enough people in the association so that the association doesn't become extinct
