IA: two meals a day
e.g. breakfast 8:30-9:30, dinner 19-20, lunch is grab&eat, maybe buffet-style
IB: three meals a day
e.g. breakfast 8:30-9:30, lunch 13:30-14:30, dinner 19:30-20:30

II: Semi-fixed schedule

Fixed eating-times and slots for team-specific meetings
IIA: two meals a day
e.g. breakfast 8:30-9:30, slot1 10-12, slot2 13-15, slot3 15-17, dinner 19-20
IIB: three meals a day
e.g. breakfast 8:30-9:30, slot1 10-12, lunch 13:30-14:30, slot2 15-17, dinner 19:30- 20:30

III: Fixed schedule

Fixed eating times, slots for team-specific meetings, evening rounds/circles, recreational activities
IIIA: two meals a day
e.g. breakfast 8:30-9:30, slot1 10-12, slot2 13-15, slot3 15-17, recslot 17:30-19:30, dinner 19-20, recslot2 20:30-21:30
IIIB: three meals a day
e.g. breakfast 8:30-9:30, slot1 10-12, lunch 13:30-14:30, slot2 15-17, recslot1 17:30- 18:30, dinner 19:30-20:30, recslot2 21-22

Off-WuppDays schedule draft

  • weekly videomeeting to catch up and reignite motivation, open to everybody regardless of teams, always held at a fixed time online
  • some kind of internal newsletter where teams/individuals share their tasks, progresses and wupp-related problems in a regular occuring setting. maybe following a template on a wikipage in a nonpublic space (nonpublic to increase honesty, participation and feeling-at-ease) or a wiki blogpost once a month?
