Broken Windows
There are different kinds of Windows in the building. The most urgent ones to repair all follow the same schema:
The idea is to replace the bottom three rectangles by a big piece of glass as that is easier, probably cheaper and provides better isolation. When only one rectangle is broken, it can be replaced by the leftover rectangles from neighbored windows where two are broken.
There are differently sized windows of this type, that is why a lot of different sizes is needed.
All measurements are taken by measuring the complete inner frame size substracting 15mm and rounding a bit. This allows fitting glasses with at least +/- 5mm of the given size.
