Work sprints

Split the work periods up by weeks, a work sprint will last one week. Before the work sprint, a planning meeting will take place. Participants of the meeting collect tasks and select the most important ones. During the sprint, developers and designers work together to get the tasks done. After the sprint, participants gather their work experience in a retrospective meeting.
