- Try an agile workflow with 2-week sprints. Prelimininary description on the Product Team Planning page, will be improved & extended.
- Use this Trello Board for sprint management. How-to will be created.
- Manage all high-level tasks regarding the product, including Specification, Design and Development.
- Every two weeks, a planning meeting decides about the goals of the next sprint. Participation is free for all, should not be more than 5 people in order to be efficient.
- The date of the next planning meeting will be scheduled by a Doodle.
- After the sprint, participants note down their experience (Etherpad?) - a light form of the Retrospective meeting.
- Participants write down their availability for the next sprint in time units, which are currently work days.
- We wish to have a Product Owner, who coordinates the work sprint by giving information to the team members.
- Should be available for most of the two weeks
- Take notes to inform the next Product owner.
- Self-election process during the planning meeting. If conflicts arise, use consensation.
