The Transition House is located in Witzenhausen. A little town popular for having the first place in germany Germany to only/fully study ecological agriculture. Which seems to make a great influence. Still while the city is small there are many initiatives doing social and commons work.
It's a great opportunity to explore and opening room open rooms for transparent communication incl. to encourage more people of being active. The group of TT is looking for support in building a working team maintaining the house his incl. practical work like repairing broken showers, but more even support in creating this team incl. transparent and welcoming communication.
The place is looking for people taking commitment.

What is happening here?
It's like a plattform platform developing transition. Internal like external. There's a meeting room in the first place used as a open cafe, jamsessions, meetings, workshops etc.
Also a great opportunity finding out what you/we have to offer and hosting events. There's regualy a recurring repair cafe in the hackingspace. A cooking team brings regular people on a donation basic basis together.
There's a coworking space, mainly used by ecobytes and transformap, an gallery for painting...etc.

sleeping
There are 3 rooms which are used as sleeping spacespaces. There are ca. 6 "normal" madress mattresses in this momentsmoment, a couch to sleep on and some camping madressmattress. Beside that there's in the so called hackingspace floor a living room incl. a sleeping couch to host 2-3 people. All in all it fits around ca. 15 unless we stack.
food:
There are some supermarkets around, with from time to time filled dumpsters. Cooperation are until now not existing. A farmers market close by is also existing but we need to drive to get there. Can be bike or car (which Hans-Christian Eick got offerdoffered. If someone likes to work with initiative Solawi (community supported accricultureagriculture) that would be another possiblity possibility to get some left overs (everything biological.)

It's directly where a couple of initiatives working with very simliar similar aims like yunity. Working for the commons. Every support we do here is supporting yunity even if it isn't directly supporting "our" group. It supports strengthening the network around common economy and local initiatives.
Also are here ecobytes and transformap located. Both fitting very well into the intention of creating a multisharing online plattform. Maxim from inventaire (book sharing), very enthusiastic about open data will be also here.

Well it's wuppdays, so everyone should feel encouraged to do what you feel to do. When it's about housework we're in this moment creating a kanban, where we list the outstanding tasks nicely.

As an addition to this, two framworks frameworks which came out of the meeting from 03.11.2016 with folks from TT. Normal people pay. With yunity it's different.

- food (if you could manage to collect some food on you way to here, that would be great. In this moment we're missing potatoes, bread, pasta, lenses etc. update about this in the witzenhausen channel

Beside the TT House Jon from ecobytes and transformap offered us his flat from the 7-15.11, so we have extra sleeping space. (3-4 people)
