Organizing the Starter Material

The Starter Material is the pile of files we want to send to growing or emerging foodsaving communities with examples of what files that have been used before by other communities, or templates we create to simplify their organization until the software tool can take over.

Help us making it well organized and appealing! 

So far the categories would be:

• Foodsaving
  Contacting stores: guide for foodsavers and direct template letters for stores
  Template sheets for managing pick-ups
  Templates for stores that have been contacted
  
  

• Foodsharing
  Read me : "Please call your foodsaving community however you want"
  Talk about FB group
  Food-share points
  Redistribution invite / direct distribution / mobile sharepoint / temporary sharepoint / mobile distribution / meet&eat (although misleading)
  
  

• Media
  template flyers, with editable files
  
  

• Fun fun fun
  How to run foodsharing at festivals
  Events: disco soup, brunches, sharepoint party
  Info desks in the city

• Legal set-up/situation
  Read me: Mention that it might not be necessary
  Liability waivers
  Contracts with stores
  Signature : offer possibilities online? But it would need a check in person to be legally biding because identity can't be checked online.
