Present: Matthias, Tilmann, Doug, Cille, Nick

Contacting people: Matthias expresses, that connecting to too many people too early might not be so useful, although it is advantageous to know more people.

Nick: Define minimum more concrete, (example:) What is missing for a hackathon? -> New category "Goals" on whiteboard

Goals: If you don't know what to do, look at them and identify new tasks

Decided on having warm shower is not an immediate issue

-> Delay gas installation until later (maybe 2 months?), but manage that the gas heating system can be checked before that

Getting useful people here (usefulness can be quite wide - e.g. now it's also about people who feel comfortable in the current condition)

Define a vision/mission where the goals can be extracted from

Today: Tilman/Matthias/Doug do second roof, nick does room numbering, Matthias/Cille do visiting rooms. Cille starts cleaning.
