  • Daily scrum in WuppSpace @ 11:00
  • Sprint backlog created.
  • Sprint begins: 2016-03-24, 17:00
  • Sprint ends 2016-03-31, 14:50

Minutes;

DW: Intro and context for talk
NS: Time estimation, story points?
MS: What about magic estimation?
NS: I have researched, and the author of that idea specifies three criteria of which we meet none
CF: May be overkill for group this size.
NS: Used fibonacci up to 13 before (1,2,3,5,8,13)
MS: One story point = 1/2 a day
NS: Whatever we do, it will be wrong - not that it’s a problem
NS: I want to work on front-end a lot here.
CF: Better to decide on front-end soon, as it has great ramifications to back-end and rest of code.
NS: I brought this debate forward, but have had no replies yet. I’m making an argument to have one front end for all formats.
NS: Current from end devs have been Flo, Amos, Neel and Raphi.
MS: What would be the best way for everyone to start working together.
NS: Branch the front end and work on Angular material.
CF: Back-end?
NS: Theres’s been more work on the back-end, it’s more stable.
NS: Introducing new devs is a primary concern.
CF: Deciding on front-end very important too.
NS: I can’t decide on user stories until then.
NS: Tilmann has currently made some nice wireframes. A lot of different styles and contributors… would like to standardize these.
TC: Should we decide for es5 or es6?
NS: We previously decided on es6
    CF: We should implement es6
TC: Should we have a design backlog and a development backlog?
MS: Decide whether to use full name or nick name for sign up.
DW: licensing?
NS: We may not need to reevaluate.
TC: I would like to know why we chose this license.
CF: ‘On-boarding’ - we want this to be smooth for incomers.
MS: Designers aren’t here…
NS: Let’s act as if they’re not here.
TC: I’ll figure out how I fit in as the week continues.
Jeroen: Introduces himself. From swap-economy to share-economy. Focus on resources, labour, knowledge, goals and planning - last two are neglected. Desire to make truly alternative economy which can deliver the complexity of modernity. Design and Engineering Methodology. Main idea that organizations can be broken down into small steps. I’m working on certain share - works to give unification of plans.
DW: Sprint goal proposal with Curtis: Preparing the entire product infrastructure and process to allow feature work in the next sprint.
DW: Daily Scrum - when and where?
    NS: Thinking 11:00
DW: OK, 11:00 in the WuppSpace every day
