Ownership
The house/property should be legally owned by an entity that is comprised of people to whom the house it is very important and who would “live there” a majority of the time (at least to begin with).
A german German e.V. would probably be most suitable for this.
In its statutes (Satzung) it would be stated that, if this project fails (due to bankruptcy or dissemblance) the house would go to a secure entity (with not just one person making decisions) dedicated to demarketizing buildings and making them available to similar projects/communities. Possibly the “Gemeinschaftsstifter” foundation?
Goals and use of the house
“Wupping” and “living” and learning space for every everybody who identifies with the vison vision of yunity and similar projects/movements.
As well as Also a space where people who want to get to know the confect concept and “our way of living” can experience it firsthand.
Wupping/Working
A base for projects related to the global effort for change, unconditional sharing, sustainability, political awareness, social freedom. These projects can be initiatives like yunity but also personal projects.
Living
As the space would be a living space for people involved in different projects and with different daily routines, most spaces in the house would be functional and communal. This concept is also very much in balance with our general vision of unconditionally sharing everything and thus making use of it in the best and most sustainable way. Some rooms would be “safe” rooms for a specific time, i.e. someone could “live” there for hours/days/weeks until someone else also requires the room and/or a fixed max. period of time has elapsed.
Residents / Guests
The house is open and everyone is welcome.
Initially there would be a group finding phase combined with the renovation/refurbishing of the house.
Learning
A learning space would be created, seminar rooms for workshops and knowledge/skill sharing. This could be for groups and for individuals. Learning by living (in such an atmosphere) Rooms with books, materials, a workshop and people with knowledge to share.
