Control solutions
The control solutions are added to every syscon to have a meaningful comparison of brought up proposals. The Control solutions are "Deepen Process" and "Passive solution"
Deepen process
Deepening the process means that we will use a more sophisticated approach of dealing with the topic than the current syscon level. See here for the different levels of syscon.
This control solution makes clear if the used level of syscon is for the group appropriate for the weight of the decision.
Enthusiasm
Enthusiasm is something we vote with in run off votes as soon as the resistances towards the existing proposals on a topic are cleared and there is still no decision.
Passive solution
The passive solution stands for the solution that would be active if the syscon would never have been started in the first place.
The passive solution needs to be defined for every syscon (except quick syscon if the first proposal passes directly)
If this happens on a new topic than the description might be: 'The answer to this topic/question is unclear'
Process proposal
A process proposal comes up when a topic arises during a quick syscon that needs to be resolved in order to continue with the current syscon. A process proposal can be made clear with both index fingers raised or is identified by the moderator.
Resistance
Resistance is with what we are primarily voting with in a syscon vote.
