Yesterday

- Kitchen with draining sink set up.
- Slackline attatched across 20 roof... for roof repair.
- Furniture pickup from Leipzig: shelves, bed-couch, mirror, chairs, table.
- Cille arrived.
- 2 hour computer work sesh.
- Somewhat succussful dumpster diving.
- Bought 5L of bitumen spread.
- 20 registered for water, 10 eur per month. Apparently 10 eur more per
- Hylotox 59 (applied to roof beams in 22 in 1986) confirmed to be DDT and Lindane. DO NOT SAND.

Tasks

- Hylotox: research, document and communicate safety measures.
- Write out sign for window.
- Start items wishlist: mop, paper, poo brush, rags, storage box, more shelves, tools, piping utilities, long ladder, electric installation utilities (wire, etc.)
- Identify pin up locations for wish list.
- Get pins.
- Make pin board.
- Personal storage room.
- Identify and make sleeping room... general room re-jigging including moving up furniture.
- Call electrician.
- Figure out safe way to do roof work.
- Try and fix one roof hole.
- Chase DHL parcel.
- Try and rip down a section of the suspect plaster.
- Initial room numbering scheme.
- Make key board.
- Figure out better parcel delivery system.
- Yellow bags to go out on Friday morning.
- 2 hour computer session.
- Meetings still adhoc but probably daily.
- Try and maintain minimum of three occupants - ask people to come if less.
- Right now, don't actively recruit noobs. Wait until electricity connected and tasks packaged.
- NDK and other housing coop in Wurzen to connect to.
- Ask to get a power line from neighbors.
- Investigate the suspicious stairwell flooring below the linoleum.
